NEXT FOODCLUB ORDERS AND PRE-PAYMENT – November 2017
Thank you for your interest in the Food Club.
To be a member you:
- Need an account in credit with the Colville Store
- Pre-pay for your goods when placing your order
- Pick up your order promptly or arrange for them to be sent on the RD
- Must supply a contact telephone number and email address if possible
- Accept that all prices are estimated and on occasions, items you have pre-paid for may not be available
Things to know:
- We will create a personal Food Club account, which will only be used for your food club transactions.
- Products are priced per package as listed. You cannot purchase smaller amounts than those listed. Larger amounts may be available, please do not hesitate to ask.
- All costs are estimated and based on the latest food club order. Therefore, prices are subject to change.
- You are asked to bring your order form to the store and pre-pay your estimated total by the date given at the top of this form. The store is not able to offer you goods at the food club price if we have not received your pre-payment by this date.
- Items listed are what is available at the time the order forms are issued. Therefore, we cannot guarantee all items will be available.
- If an item is out of stock with the supplier, it could take up to one month before we can source it. If an item were to be out of stock and you are happy to take the next pack size up, there is a column to tick on the order form to state this. Your account will be left in credit until we can source your item.
- You are asked to calculate your order total yourself and pre-pay this amount. You will be contacted when your order is ready and told if there are any outstanding amounts to pay or if you are in credit.
